Koshin Reiki offers classes, retreats, and international trainings rooted in the classical teachings of Usui Shiki Ryoho, as taught by John Harvey Gray. This Events page will grow over time as more Koshin Reiki Shihan begin teaching worldwide. For now, it highlights upcoming programs in New York City, Japan, Egypt, and the Netherlands.

JAPAN — Mount Kurama Reiki Tour
October 2026
A pilgrimage to Mount Kurama, the sacred site where Mikao Usui realized Reiki in 1922.
This tour includes guided practice, temple visits, meditation, and time on the mountain.
Registration details will be added as the program approaches.
Netherlands, Leiden – April 22nd
Guest Workshop with Brian Brunius – Koshin Reiki
This advanced Koshin Reiki workshop is offered to advanced practitioners who wish to further embody their Reiki practice. Rooted in the Koshin Reiki style, the day supports a deepening of transmission, presence, and lived, embodied practice.
Brian Brunius shares Reiki as a living, relational path—one of grounded presence, ethics, and kokoro (heart-mind). Through subtle and direct exploration, participants are invited to refine clarity, responsibility, and service as Reiki practitioners, allowing Reiki to be expressed not only as a method, but as a way of being.
